World of Warships is making waves at gamescom (huge gaming convention taking place in Cologne, Germany; it's kind of a big deal). New addition planned for the fleet: Germancruisers are on the way!

German ships are steaming into World of Warships!
There were some hints already, but we are proud to finally announce the German fleet, which is bringing first a small, yet significant force into the game. The famous duo of mighty Bismarck-class battleships – the one and only Bismarck and her sister-ship Tirpitz, the “monster from the Fjords”. Both will be occupying their rightful spots at Tier VIII; the former as a standard vessel and the latter being a premium ship.

Besides that, the first fully-fledged branch of German fleet will bring variety of cruisers which will come to the game in October. Both Bismarck and Tirpitz, together with the first two ships - Hermelin and Dresden – from the cruiser branch, are playable in our booth at gamescom in Cologne, Germany.

Not only that, during this period you will no doubt spot these ships in standard battles – so take pictures, save your replays, say hi to the players who have waited in line to get their hands on these brand new vessels. And get onto the forums to share your war-time stories with the rest of the community.
